Convert pricing, explained and compared.
Convert figures verified on convert.com/pricing on 6 September 2026. Pricing changes, so check their site for current numbers.
If you are evaluating Convert, already paying for it, or weighing alternatives, here is their pricing model laid out plainly, followed by what the same testing volume costs on ABTestly. Convert's side is scrupulously accurate. All of it is checkable on their pricing page, and every source is listed at the foot of this page. One thing to expect when you get there: it opens on the annual toggle, so the first number you see is $299, not $399.
How Convert's pricing works
Convert prices on monthly tested users (MTU), unique visitors bucketed into at least one experiment. Every plan includes every feature within its tier. The slider scales price with volume, and each tier has a ceiling: Growth stops at 750,000 tested users, Pro at 2,000,000, and anything above that is Enterprise on request.
| Growth | Pro | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly billing | $399 / mo | $599 / mo | Price on request |
| Annual billing | $299 / mo ($3,588 / yr) | $420 / mo ($5,040 / yr), about 30% off the monthly rate | Annual only |
| Tested users | 100K / mo | 100K / mo | 1M plus / mo |
| Active experiences | 5 per project | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Active projects | 5 | 30 | Unlimited |
| Goals per project | 30 | 100 | 200 |
| Stand out inclusions | Visual editor, SRM check, QA Wizard, email plus chat support | Plus multivariate, full stack and feature flags, raw data export, phone support, SSO | Plus BYOID, data segregation, account management |
| Overage (optional, can be turned off) | $399 per extra 100K | $699 per extra 250K | $699 per extra 250K |
| Free option | 15 day trial, no payment details | 15 day trial, no payment details | Not offered |
Things Convert does right, worth saying plainly: prices are public, features are not drip gated into modules, they honor legacy pricing, never force upgrades, and overage billing can be switched off. By incumbent A/B tool standards this is genuinely transparent pricing. Our quarrel is with the number, not the model.
How ABTestly's pricing works
Same model. MTU based, all features on every paid plan. Different ladder.
| Starter | Pro | Business | Enterprise | |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly billing | $99 / mo | $249 / mo | $549 / mo | Custom |

| Tracked users | 25K / mo | 100K / mo | 500K / mo | Custom |
| Active experiments | 5 | Unlimited | Unlimited | Unlimited |
| Seats | 2 | 3 | 10 | Unlimited |
| Overage | Never. Bucketed visitors keep their variants, new visitors stop being bucketed, you get an email at 80% and 100% | |||
Plus: a 30 day money back guarantee on your first paid month, no data deletion on downgrade (your sites, experiments, and historical results stay put when you change plan), a 30 day restore window after cancellation, and 50% off any tier for verified nonprofits and OSS maintainers.
Like for like: 100,000 tested users
Convert Growth is the closest match on price. Convert Pro is the closest match on capability. Growth caps active experiences at 5 per project, while ABTestly Pro includes unlimited experiments, so the clean price comparison below flatters Convert, not us.
| Convert Growth | ABTestly Pro | Difference | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Monthly billing | $399 / mo · $4,788 / yr | $249 / mo · $2,988 / yr | $1,800 / yr less (38% off) |
| Annual billing | $299 / mo · $3,588 / yr | $199 / mo · $2,388 / yr | $1,200 / yr less (33% off) |
If you need Convert Pro's unlimited experiences, the gap widens: ABTestly includes unlimited experiments at $249 / mo, against Convert Pro's $420 / mo billed annually ($5,040 / yr vs $2,388 / yr).
At higher volume: ABTestly Business gives you 500,000 MTU at $549 / mo, five times the tracked users Convert Growth covers for $399 / mo monthly.
Convert list prices exclude VAT. ABTestly prices are billed via Paddle as merchant of record. Applicable tax is handled at checkout.
What the comparison does not show: Convert's higher price buys real things. The visual editor, 90 plus integrations, multivariate testing, sequential statistics on Pro, certifications, phone support. If you use those, Convert may be worth its price for you. The honest accounting is on the Convert vs ABTestly page. If you do not use them, you are paying for capabilities someone else needed.
The fine print, compared

Sub domains are unlimited on every plan | Sites are the unit: 2 on Starter, 5 on Pro, unlimited on Business, with no per domain charge. Note that a visitor on two of your registrable domains counts as two tracked users |
| Annual discount | Up to 25 to 30% by tier | 20% every paid tier |
| Refunds | Cancel anytime. No stated money back window | 30 day money back guarantee on your first paid month |
| Exceeding your limit | Optional paid overage, or off | Never billed |

Worth a look?
Run the numbers against your last Convert invoice. If the features you actually use exist on both sides, the difference is around $1,200 to $1,800 a year at 100,000 MTU. Rebuilding one experiment tells you whether the workflow and the tracking fit before you commit. Two tools will not agree to the decimal, so a numbers match is not the test, and running the same live test in both at once does not produce one.
